Our hens lay their eggs in nesting boxes within their coop. Nesting boxes provide an environment that allows expression of the hen’s natural instincts to seek a nest for egg laying.

Our hens always have access to their outdoor chicken run during the daytime. The outdoor run provides them additional room to roam, scratching areas, dust baths, and perches. This environment allows them to exhibit their natural behaviors. Free range eggs are richer in color and flavor, with a noticeably better taste.
Our hens are provided Organic Feed that is always free from additives such as pesticides, hormones, antibiotics or other ‘foreign’ substances. As a result, our eggs are Non-GMO.
Our hens are housed in their very own coop, NEVER IN CAGES. They are free to roam their very own coop 24/7 as well as their outdoor run during the day. Overnight, the hens are kept inside their coop to keep them safe from predators. In a caged housing system, hens have just enough space to stand upright, but not enough space to stretch their wings or move around. That makes for a sad, unhappy hen.
